Non-cross linkable vinyl acetate co-polymer. GR 1006 is largely used in textiles for impregnation, sizing and backsizing. GR 1006 is dilutable in water in all proportions but for back coating would require an increase in viscosity. Due to the low surface tension, GR 1006 exhibits excellent wetting out properties and since it is thermoplastic, GR 1006 is easily mouldable. GR 1006 has excellent film forming properties.

GR 1006 is a non-tacky adhesive and can be used as a base for various types of adhesives suitable for application with paper, cardboard, wall-paper and wood.
GR 1006 can be used either as supplied or with viscosity adjustment.
