Glogel 1246 is easy to handle, and can be added at any stage of the formulation, with agitation.
Glogel 1246 is resistant to enzyme and microbe attack, and coatings thickened with Glogel 1246 show better leveling and film build. The pH of the system must be greater than pH 8.0.
Glogel 1246 is used as an alternative to cellulose thickeners.
